I wouldn't eat it for the amount of touching it probably took to create it. I am imagining them breathing on it, clothes touching as they lean in to put the pepperoni in just the right place and then the hands. I am sure each piece was touched eleventy million times to create it. No. That is having a cat in the kitchen territory.
The cauliflower actually looks good, although I wouldn't use it as a replacement for wings and the ad is super obnoxious. The lunch meat stadium, OTOH, looks so gross.
Is that a legit ad? Because that info under the picture seems like something I would have heard in college from a new and passionate vegan on a mission to convert the world.

I don't appreciate food that has been played with before eating. Food crafts are not cool.
H was actually interested in the buffalo cauliflower. I joked that we should do that to the one in the fridge and bring it to our super bowl party. He was like, yeah, ok sounds good.... NO.
If actual food professionals made lunch meat stadium, they were wearing gloves. That said, the actual food professionals I know IRL wouldn't touch that. I'm envisioning a Pinterest-addled girlfriend up at 2 am hoping to win over her BF's buddies.
I made some buffalo cauliflower a couple of years ago for Superbowl Sunday, and must have had a bad recipe because it was a total gut bomb. Flour-based coating, and then baked. I still shudder to think of it.
