I saw from your Chicago post you ate there; how was it?

I hope this isn't too late - work has kept me from doing much of anything lately but...work.

We LOVED Trencherman. Well, I enjoyed it, DH loved it and recommended it to every person we enountered for the rest of our trip. I was a little preoccupied with our 10 month old, but the wait staff was kind and the food was really good.

The pickle tots were the perfect blend of potato and pickle and I might have fought our son over the last one. DH was head over heels in love with the heirloom tomato salad and I might have to try to figure out how to make the white balsamic ice cream at home. I adored the panna cotta for dessert, but DH would have preferred something chocolately (so maybe he shouldn't have let me pick)
