I just washed it and dried it. I can't wait to use it. Since it is an investment, what do you recommend so I can keep it looking brand new? Any tips on what to avoid using on it as far as products or what products to use? Also, any other suggestions to keep in mind? If you would care to recommend some recipes to try with it, I would love it!

When I lived with my ex we had a set of All-Clads, I loved them! Can't wait to have them again someday. When we bought them it was recommended to use Barkeeper's Friend. It looks like Comet powder, but gentle and gets them really clean. Enjoy!
Love my All Clad! After 10+ years of marriage, we are really building up our collection and I think it's been a great investment. I agree about the barkeeper's friend.

I am really loving my saute/simmer pan so far. It is a perfect pan to make a lot of the meals I like to prepare. I will have to get some barkeeper's friend. Thanks for the recommendations! I hope to add to my collection, too!
Congratulations! I started building my All Clad collection last year. I have 4 pieces so far and LOVE them. The pan you got was the first pan that I got too. My best advice is it follow the directions for heating up the pan (heat the pan a little bit, then add your oil and wait a couple minutes, then add your food). For cleaning, I soak in warm dishwater for about 15 minutes. If there is some pesky food still stuck on I use Barkeeper's Friend and a Dobie scrubbie pad. Clean up with these pans is a breeze!
