My throat hurts. Go away sickness!
After work I am going grocery shopping. My friends are in town and want me to join up with them tonight, but it's going to be freezing cold, I don't feel great, and I don't want to spend money on parking. I hate missing out on seeing them, but going to bed early sounds divine.

We are supposed to do something today but it's really cold.
My sister and her husband were on tv last night. They were interviewed about the machete attack that happened at one of their favorite restaurants last week.

I am also going grocery shopping. I'm starting the 21DF and labeling all my containers. I'm doing a trial run of the Shake-o-logy to make sure it agrees with my stomach. I got the vegan one so I should be okay. My godmother is taking me food shopping and showing me how to make quick, easy, healthy meals because she hates the fact that I eat cereal for dinner 4-5 times per week.
Oh and I just ordered a bikini from vs. I'm set on losing this 40lbs before summer. I will hang the bikini up in my bedroom for motivation!

I'm on day 6 of 2 1 .day f-ix. I have cheated three times but have lost 4 pounds. The exercises for the first two days made me so sore that I skipped a work out day. I like the instructor. The food is pretty easy. I prep only three days out vs weekly. I ended up eating very similar each day but I'm okay with that. My hardest part is being vegetarian and having to eliminate beans as they are considered a carb. I refuse to eat salad daily so my fav cooked vegetables have been broccoli and asparagus that I sauteed with coconut oil spray. I've been doing rice as a carb and living bread that I freeze and thaw one slice at a time. I feel like half an avocado is what fits in the blue container, not 1/4. My proteins are shake, 2 baked eggs, veg burger/veg chicken, a ques-t 100 cal shake.
I have silicone baking cups. and put one egg in a shaker sans blending ball with hot sauce, salt, pepper, and a tsp of soy chorizo. I shake to blend and pour out into the cups. I bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. I eat two a day for mid-morning snack.
I got the vegan as well for shakes. My hardest part has been only getting two carb containers a day. The carbs got me and that's when I cheated.
Have you seen her three day. extreme fi.x meal plan? that's a whole lot of nope.
I'm going to steal your bikini idea and hang it when i will see it as a visual goal!!! Good luck!
The most appropriate song came on the radio when we got home from a bday party. And this is just the air temp, it doesn't include the wind chill factor.
I'm leaving work early to stop by the library...the newest Cinderella is ready for me to pick up! If you saw it did you like it? I think Richard Madden is adorable (Prince Charming, Robb Stark) so at minimum I have eye candy!

I was following herb.a.life for the last two months, but I really missed eating food! Surprise Surprise! I really have an issue with portion control, like I want to eat all the cookies! I am hopeful this will help.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to do the workouts due to physical limitations, but I have been using my bike elliptical thingy 4-5 times per week. It's better than just sitting and watching tv so I'll take it!
