Having seen them in person, this shows the colors more accurately:
I'm torn between granite and seafoam. Both work well with our color scheme, which I would say is something like this (plus grey):
Current couch is the most boring brown (poor first furniture choice by us), plus I hate the shape. Everything we've picked out has been neutral (shifting towards greys, used to be browns) because I'm normally too nervous to commit to a color for such large pieces - I've accented with a lot of other things to bring in color (throws, pillows, art). Plus we rent so painting isn't an option - thus everything is cream (walls)/brown (hardwood). The seafoam would be so fun and I love it, but I worry that we'd get tired of it? Granite is the safe choice (and perhaps make more sense for a future house?) and is really beautiful, I just wonder if I should be more adventurous.
I like the Seafoam a lot (and I've seen it in person). It's a risk to opt for the color, but IDK how likely it is that your style will change SO drastically that a relatively neutral color won't work anymore. It's a pretty versatile color.
The Granite, to me, is just like every other couch. But I'm definitely not into neutral decor, so take that for what it's worth!
ETA: I'll also say -- I think the Granite is more brown than grey, so if you already have a lot of grey in your color scheme, it might not match that well.
Have you seen the granite in person? I was trying to google (I've only seen the seafoam in person) and pictures seem to show a range, I am really hoping it's not brown.
As for the other greys, in the living room nothing else is grey except the rug right now:

Minority Seafoam fan here. My couch is teal and I love that I chose a couch that's a fun color.
I hate the "afraid we will get tired of it argument"- like, there's nothing that says you have to keep this couch for the rest of your life. And who says you wouldn't get tired of the granite?
