Quick help--Disney dining

Looking for a decent place to try to find a dinner reservation at for tomorrow. Nothing too dressy. Maybe somewhere that serves steak, fish, etc.

Also, is the luau at the poly worth it? We are debating that as well.

Do you have an area you want to stay around? I always like the grand Floridian cafe. They have a good seasonal beer selection and a strawberry goat cheese salad that I love.

Narcosees at GF. Time your reservation with the fireworks at MK. You get a front row seat and they pipe in the soundtrack for them. You also get to see the electric water parade.

I don't care too much about the area, we have a car. I just don't know where to even start. Thanks for the suggestions.
