Cute top, gmail! It actually seems like it'll be really versatile. With your outfit there, I'd try it next time with different shoes, maybe a darker color.
I also think that top would be really cute with some dark jeans.
It would also be cute with no belt and a long pendant necklace.
Definitely a necklace. Also, and maybe its just the angle of the pic, but I think you need some slimmer fit pants with this. There's some bunching and its looking a little baggy, so its sort of bordering on frumpy. Its not terrible, but something with a more tailored fit would be better. I would also switch up the shoes. Perhaps some pumps in navy, nude, or a color pop would be nice, or a basic wedge. That would also help with the borderline frump, haha.
Thanks ladies. I got a ton of compliments on it. One of my coworkers said "You are updating your wardrobe!" Well...yeah, I am....but thanks for basically telling me I dress like crap every other day!
Try layering a white cardi over it, dark washed jeans (skinny or bootcut). Pick a color in the shirt and do a color pop with your shoes. Chunky necklace or bangles plus drop earrings.
By doing khaki plus nude shoes, all the visual interest is in your shirt. You just need little hints of pop elsewhere.

The top is awesome!!
No, you're right. The pants started of slim in the AM, and by the early afternoon, they were baggier. It felt kind of frumpy.

I wouldn't add a chunky necklace. The top already has so much color and pattern to it. I'd add a pair of yellow or navy flats or wedges to even everything out. Right now, all the colors are concentrated on your upper half.
I would swap the bottoms for dark jeans, white jeans or a pencil skirt, add a bright shoe and a chunky bracelet or dangly earrings. I would not add a necklace.
This was my thought word for other other than the pencil skirt. Hadn't considered pencil skirt, but it would work.
