Who has a breakfast sandwich maker?

Someone recommended one. Is it easy to clean? Because I think I really want one.

I don't understand these things. I mean, if you have a functioning toaster and frying pan, why bother?

I tend to agree with pp. You could get a toaster oven and cook the egg in a ramekin in there while the bread toasts. I really dislike unitaskers in the kitchen.

I have the Hamilton Beach one and it's easy to clean.

I wouldn't use a toaster oven.

The sandwich maker is smaller, and just seems easy to throw everything in and turn on.

I'm usually not a kitchen gadget person, but I want one of these, lol.

I was skeptical when DH bought it, but we use it multiple times a week. It's easy to clean and quick to make sandwiches.

I just use egg rings to cook the eggs; they're super cheap and don't take up much space.

If I ask you to recommend a bra ball contraption to use in my washing machine, don't tell me how easy it is to hand-wash.

(Sorry I don't have any actual recommendations, but I'm not about to tell you how easy it is to do it with NOT A BREAKFAST SANDWICH MAKER.)

Me too. I have the Hamilton Beach one. Easy to use, easy clean up. Obviously I could use a stove and toaster, but this is easier and I am lazy.

It cooks the egg in the microwave and it's easy to clean and store. Not nearly as cool as the full sandwhich maker, but better for me with my fickleness.

I had no idea what a "breakfast sandwich maker" was but this is the most amazing thing I ave ever seen. For only $20!!!

DH bought the hamilton beach one as a xmas joke gift for me a few years ago and I'm surprised to say it's gotten a lot of use. You put everything in and let it do it's thing. Clean up is super easy and while that's cooking I usually am doing something else.

I'm still angry about the quesadilla maker my mom got me in college. I lived in a tiny apartment and had no room for it. I would have rather you put that money toward my loans mom! I see that I may be projecting a little bit... Get the breakfast sandwich maker.

We have one and I hate it.

The outside of the English muffin gets too crunch, and the inside gets mushy. And the eggs are cooked with a funky texture.

All in all, I feel like it's a waste of money.
