You know, I think about when Sofia was 2ish and I was like "I don't make food a battle. If she wants a different meal than what I made, I make her one. Nbd!", and I want to punch myself in my smug face.

I fucking hate feeding my older kids these days. They are SO. FUCKING. PICKY. I've tried everything. I let them choose their meal, they don't eat it. I cook whatever I feel like, they don't eat it. I've tried bribery. I've tried being breezy. Tonight I'm done. Done. Straight up get up from the table, brush your teeth, and get to bed at 5:30 type of done.

They just clown around. Theo's acting like the chairs are a jungle gym. Sofia's looking at her plate like I've just served her a shit sandwich. Ilya is great, he loves food.

I got tricked! I was invited to a girl's night in at a friend's house. We were going to watch the Fuller House premier. I don't care about the show. I was excited about a kid free night. I was informed tonight, 4 kids will be there. This is not a girls night! This is a get together with kids! Ugh. I can't back out. I always have a reason not to go to her functions. This is the first time I've been available
