Sunday Randoms!

Good Morning!

I thought today was Saturday because I basically slept yesterday away. I have been so tired and stressed out from work lately, as well as having to get up at the buttcrack of dawn for OT then PT then a full day of work plus overtime. Then home to exercise, shower, eat dinner, wash dishes, then bed. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I've been doing really well with the 21DF though and have lost 12 lbs since the end of December. People have noticed and commented on how good I look. When you're under 5 ft, losing 12lbs looks like you lost 20!

I'm waiting to use the shower. I swear every single time I have something I need to do in the morning someone else in the house decides to just hop in the shower for no damn reason.

I have absolutely no motivation today. I skipped church and I'm still relaxing. I have to head out in an hour but I don't want to. I'm so comfy still in my pj's!

Kitty is hanging out on my legs listening to the birds by the window. It's heaven. He's holding me hostage, right? From any responsibilities today? ;p

I'm waiting to meet a friend for dinner at a place with a great patio because it's soooo nice out. I have a meeting at 6:30, then I am going to rush home to catch what I can of the oscars.

I made it through two presentations this week and today my sister is having a baby so I'm becoming an aunt for the first time! I'm traveling out to see everyone next week and have so much to get done before then.... ahhhhhhhh!

I treated him to a night out like a baller- Moët, oysters, steak, martinis, dessert etc. it was the most expensive, but most fun date I've footed. So worth it.

He's coming over for Netflix and chill tomorrow. Tonight my guy friend from Miami is flying in for dinner. Checking out a new place on the beach.

I went to lunch and out shopping with one of my oldest friends.  I actually did really well and got a bunch of clothes for when I start my new job.  And coupons that are good for next month--so I can save on my next shopping trip.  (Who am I?).  The thought of getting dressed for work is so foreign to me.  It seems fun, but tiring and expensive (and it's not like I shop at really high end places either) LOL!   I've been in scrubs forever and my regular wardrobe consists of jeans and casual stuff.  
On a positive note, my old friend travels a ton and is definitely planning to come down to visit my new area.

I almost commented on your concert in NC and then realized that you haven't announced yet! Phew, crisis averted. As long as you know that they are showing up in your friends' feeds so they'll know something...heads up, in case you didn't realize it.

I've always hated my xh. This weekend has made me hate him even more and, despite trying to work it out with his family, I have decided they're the scum of the earth.

Thanks! Yeah I realize it. Now that work knows and I've told most people that I wanted to, I don't mind if people know. I'm going to post something announcing it soon!!
