$0 other than the vacation to Jamaica that we booked.
That being said, we found an amazing deal on direct flights so the whole trip was $500 less than budgeted for even after upgrading our room.
So that's a big win right there. Except for the part where our super cheap return flight lands us home at 2:25am with an infant. I'm hoping she sleeps through all of it.

Trying to keep our spending to a curb, it's been pretty hard but we need to.
Friday - $0
Saturday - Bought an 6-person dining table for 90% off at a local warehouse clearance sale, rented a truck for the table = $400. Bought birthday card, cash and beer for a birthday party (and we already have a gift card from a previous birthday we missed), plus cash for the week = $60. Total: $460-ish
Sunday - our local grocery store had a crazy sale on chicken, so we bought about 50 pounds of meats and stored some in the garage freezer. We spent about $190 in meats and regular/frozen/canned veggies that should last us 2+ months. I bought some fake flowers at a dollar store to tide me by, bought some ice cube trays so we stopped buying ice, also some gardening tools so I can start growing my flowers in the next few weeks and other miscellaneous items (spices, baking sheets, plastic hangers, gardening décor, phone earbuds and phone case) : $27. DH bought a tree cutter $42. Total: $290
Fri- $0 Sat- $2.35 doughnuts. Free sbux coffee reward Sun- $287.50 for theater tickets (previously purchased) and my friend paid for drinks, dinner, and drove.
not bad for us Fri $90 groceries Sat $30 breakfast, $21 paint store, $80 babysitter (went to a hockey game/free tickets/food/drinks in a suite!) Sun $23 pizza
Pretty good. Friday- $25 for fast food dinner for 6 of us. Fancy, I know. We stayed in and watched "Nanny McPhee" with the kids on Netflix. Saturday- Ran some errands and spent $18.67 at the grocery store and returned $13.34 worth of stuff to Home Depot so the net expense was only $5.33. That night we went to a fundraising dinner and our seats were paid for by a vendor/coworker of DH's. We only spent $40 for a babysitter. Sunday- $0
Laundry Det, house stuff, wall repair kit $40 Dry Cleaning $3 (I love this about Houston!) Eating out/waters while on the road $24 Cooked Crawfish Appetizer for Mr. P and niece's BF $26 Fuel (Houston to San Antonio R/T) $55 Dinner Out with Niece and Friends $107
