After 2+ years TTC #1, I'm finally pregnant via IVF

I'm super excited and absolutely terrified it won't work out at the same time. If all goes well I'm due on 11/12

We did not. My H has terrible sperm. The count is fine, but the morphology and motility are both under 2%. Before we knew our dx, my OBGYN put me on clomid (unmonitored) and somehow I magically got pregnant. I have super regular periods and know exactly when I ovulate, so the clomid shouldn't have helped. I think maybe it just made me produce like a million eggs and gave the sperm more targets.

I actually got pregnant in January, but I miscarried a few weeks ago. We've been 'trying' since right after R was born, and in 3+ years, that's the first time anything happened. We'll still have to go through all the testing again, but if nothing has changed, then IVF will be the route we'll need to go.

Congratulations!! It sounds like you went through a lot.  Happy and healthy 9 months!
