1- What color polish are you wearing in your most recent blog post, Essie Ole Calienta by chance?
2- The tart looks amazing; is it as good as it tastes? I don't have a food processor, but am thinking mixing by hand mixer could work out too? Thoughts?
It's "Geranium" by Essie...my current favorite color.
The only reason I'd say a food processor is better is because the recipe calls for putting the butter in cold. I'm sure a hand mixer could work though, it was just super easy with the food processor.
And yes it was delicious! We each had a little bit last night and then H took the rest to work where they devoured it long before lunch time.
hmm, do you think I could put in the butter at room temp by leaving it out for a few hours; either that or buy a food processor to make this; it looks amazing!
