I disagree. German DH smells good unless he's been eating raw onions. Then I don't let him kiss me for about a day afterwards because his breath stinks so much. Since he tends to avoid raw onions for that reason, though, I almost never have an issue with his BO.

My best lover was an Italian..omigod. He was from Naples. The man made amazing pasta and gelato and did some other amazing things . It would have never worked out though, the sex was the best thing ever, but he was extremely possessive. I couldn't deal with it.

I like that the poll says why they were deemed bad lovers, but not why the others are considered good.

Having played the field when I was younger (all wild oats have been happily sown), I know about some of those different groups on the list. I definitely think that generalizing by nationality on that subject is pointless. The best lover is the one who treats you the best regardless of where that person comes from. The worst lovers are inconsiderate jerks. Either can come from anywhere.

That said, I don't see how the Greeks (never dated one) could get called out for being too lovey-dovey. Isn't that a good thing?

I forgot to add that my Italian was nearly 15 years older than me...this probably paid a part into how amazing it was.

I'm intrigued, as other studies have shown that British men spend the longest time engaging in foreplay. I appreciated this greatly whilst dating the English boy. He was heinous in many ways, but I still think about the sex. Fabulous!
