No more Wishes FPs, but as now they still have MSEP ones. I am not a fan of the MSEP location, but it does help save you time sitting around and waiting to stake out a space.
Honestly I am not sure Wishes is feasible regardless. DD1 can make it that late (10 PM) but standing on the bus back might be hell
On the way home from the Halloween party last year The 7 year old totally leaned over and fell asleep on a stranger. She didn't mind at all and she put her arm around her.
That is pretty late for wishes for her age - b/c of the bus ride. But I'd see how things go and make a game day decision. With only 2 kids were able to easily baby wear the sleeping infant and tag team the older kid sleeping next to us & the stroller. It was 3 kids that really did us in for this.
If anyone in your family is a Star Wars fan you might want to work in the new Star Wars Symphony in the Stars Fireworks show into your itinerary.
Test Track is pretty meh so unless you are dying to ride it you might want to swap out that FP for Soarin if it is back online when you are down there. I will disclose that I have much hate for Test Track; I spent 3 months having to walk by that damn ride every night while they were testing out the weight balance and speed of the cars and built up so much excitement for the damn ride and then when I finally rode it I was so disappointed. And it doesnt help that those cars would scare the crap out of us late at night when they would go whizzing over our heads!

After Fantasmic follow the herd to the front of the park (we were herded "backstage" and emerged right near the front of the park). The viewing for the Star Wars fireworks was good without dealing with a massive crowd on the way out. As soon as they were done, we hightailed it out of there and were first in line for our bus.
