Residence inn near beach

Anyone know of a residence inn or similar hotel with options for 1 or 2 bedrooms, that is in a reasonable distance from the beach? Anywhere in the NE. Will consider other hotels, just have had good luck with this chain and traveling with kids.

Also open to condo rentals, but many places want you to book a full week in the summer, and we just want 2 - 3 nights.

This place is on the Cape. It's nearish our beach house and my parents stayed here once to be near us. It's basic but on the beach, has a pool and is centrally located on the mid-Cape. I'm fairly sure my parents did not stay a whole week:
