Be Our Guest in MK was good. Personally, it was our favorite quick service. The food was good and the chocolate cupcake was delicious!
Biergarten was pretty good if you like German food. The beer is my favorite part lol. I ate way too much and walking around the park was interesting after dinner. The entertainment is fun though.

MK - BOG lunch might be a good compromise between table service and quick service. If you are looking for something out of the park what about The Wave at the Contemporary?
AK - we really enjoyed our dinner at Yak and Yeti if you are looking for a table service option.
We still haven't done bog so it would be between that & the new skippers cantina for lunch in the mk.
Ohhhh. Skippers cantina is an idea!
Via Napoli isn't an option because they have no GF menu.
When you book your dining reservations you should be able to put down any dietary restrictions. I know when I worked at WDW almost every food location that had a kitchen was capable of handling a GF request. The chefs at Disney are used to food allergies and other dietary issues and when you get to the restaurant they will have the chef come out and talk with you.
Restaurant Marrakesh at EPCOT is a great place for lunch.
On your MK day if you want a break from the park for lunch you can go to the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge.
That day we won't do the parks. I think we will just hang out at our resorts and then go to Disney springs. My husband wants to go to raglan road for dinner that night.
The next day will be Epcot. My husband wants to do Biergarten.
Then MK. I don't know if we should just do quick service this day, or make a table reservation somewhere. Maybe on the monorail for a lunch. I'm totally undecided and my husband is giving me NO Feedback at all.
We will do AK on our last Disney day. I'm leaning towards just quick service here. We did tusker house preciously, and liked it. But it's adults and we don't need a character meal. Lol. We have always done a table service meal every day we are at the parks, so it's kind of weird that we are considering doing two days with just quick service. I hope we don't regret it. I think my husband will be fine, but I feel like the gluten free options aren't as good with QS.
Knowing your Hs feelings on food I would say on MK day do Grand Floridian Cafe. It feel special for an adults only trip and has stuff like burgers and pasta for his palate.
I would just do QS at AK too. Flame Tree is so yummy.
