How would I wear this dress?

I have this dress from Limited but I'm not sure how to wear it.

I'm thinking of wearing it to my cousins wedding in October. The ceremony is at a little chapel where she went to college and the reception is at a community center.

I was thinking of a different belt, and I will need a cardigan. Also, nude or black heals? Or maybe something with a pop of color. Keep the accessories simple. I'd also like to find a fun clutch.
