For our upcoming trip in early May I think it is $390 per night at Polynesian Resort (standard view room). Last year during May it was $310 at Fort Wilderness Resort. I got the 30% discount for the last two years. I can't remember the price for the prior years.
I booked one night at AoA for after our 6 nights at BLT (dvc point rental) at $390 before taxes. I thought this was really high but my boys will love the Cars themed room. I figured one night was okay.
Coronado Springs - $187/nt + Free dining in September Port Orleans Riverside - $119/nt in September Coronado Springs - $138/nt in May Polynesian - $265/nt in January Wilderness Lodge -$165/nt in January Grand Floridian - $332/nt in December Grand Floridian - $220/nt in September
Our last trip was partly Starwood points at the swan, so "free," and partly dvc studio rentals via David's. I think the nights in the beach club villas were about $210/night and the Savannah view at kidani were $235/night. Both studios. This was late September into October of 2014.

Just the room without park tickets, I think it was like ~ $400 with tax for the Beach Club over the week following Thanksgiving. Maybe a little more. We paid a similar price to stay in one of the Cars suites at the AoA for the week following President's Day. It really bums me out that we have to travel during the school holidays when I see the rates that people can pay at other times! But my husband feels strongly about them not missing school unless it's really unavoidable.
We are going in early November and renting points for a one bedroom villa at BCV for $244 per night and doing one night at YC for $300 a night. YC is with a cast member discount, 40% I think.
