And I live in AZ and I do love not having to worry about this nonsense, but we do have to remember when everyone else changes, and sometimes I can't remember if they are adding or subtracting an hour.....
We live in CA but h works in az and it gets very confusing sometimes
That is so incredibly annoying. I would hate that.

I went to a wedding right on the time zone line once. My phone kept changing times depending on which cell tower it was hitting. I have never been more confused about what time it was in my life.

LOL we live on the border of ca, az, and mexico. Our phones change time zones willy-nilly and roam to mexico all the time. Super annoying.
I miss Arizona where they don't change. And when I first moved to Indiana, we didn't change there either (but that law was changed while I as there and they left it up to the county which makes it even more stupid).
Why do people think it's for farmers? Farmers are going to work when they want to/have light, not according to what some clock says. It's all the other professions that have to worry about what time is on the clock.

So different counties can have different times??
When I lived there, yes. It was really dumb and annoying.

"Spring forward, Fall back" is an easy way to remember. People don't often spring/jump backward, and when you fall (as in a race), it puts you behind.

When I lived in Indiana, and it didn't change, the counties surrounding the Louisville metro area that were on the Indiana side did change. Just because they wanted to, I guess, since Kentucky (where all their news on tv and everything came from) did change. Anyway, the whole state but those counties (which is where I grew up) wouldn't change. When I was in college in the northern part of the state, I could never remember if my family was on the same time or not since they lived in those counties that changed their clocks.
I'm pretty sure that Saskatchewan is the only part of Canada that doesn't do DST.
Personally, I love it. This is my time of the year - when the days are 'longer' I feel like I'm invincible. Plus, up north, we will have daylight from about 4am-10pm. (I'm too far south to have the 24 hours of daylight)

I live in northern Indiana my whole life. Places close to Chicago changed with Central time. I remember as a kid having to say fast time at Christmas time when we visit my grandparents.
