I am so tired today Zzzzzzzzz... The time change is finally catching up to me. I was up until almost 1am last night because my internal clock is still off. I may force myself to go to bed early tonight.

Why do cats like to chew on plastic so much? CC chews on plastic bags, the plastic my magazine comes in, the plastic shower curtain liner. Drives me crazy with the crinkle, crinkle, crinkle!

The time change kicked my ass. I overslept by 3 hours yesterday! Then I couldn't fall asleep last night and I am dragging today.

I had a cat named CC growing up. It stood for Cow Cat because it was colored like a black and white cow. 

I have nothing more to add except work is like one big "nope" right now.

Cute! My CC stands for "Cookies 'n Cream" because she's mostly white with some black spots and a black tail.

SO, I am in 2 weddings this year and have 3 close friend weddings alllll together. Anyway, Puerto Rico was a bachelor party. Now one of the other weddings is doing Bachelorette in Colorado. The third Bachelorette I am MOH, so I will have to plan and pay for it. I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want to travel three fucking times this year sand husband for goddam bachelor/bachelorette shit. Plus, I am already spend a couple hundred per wedding on dress/shoes/gifts. MH isn't working right now. Come on people!

I'm in a wedding that is having the bachelorette party in New Orleans...as much as I want to be there, I just can't...so I am not. Bride understands - such is having OOT events.

Yeah, that's a lot! Is this a regional thing? The OOT bachelorette parties? The only ones I've ever been to are just downtown Buffalo or maybe Canada (but that's only a 20 minute drive). Or maybe they are happening and I've just never been invited

jojoandleo, That's a ton of wedding expenses.  Do what you can and don't force yourself.  You are required to pay for the entire bachelorette party as MOH?  In my experience, the MOH usually takes the reigns and plans, but all the girls going chip in for themselves plus divide the brides portion.  Fuck paying for everyone.

While we're on the topic of weddings, I'm annoyed by one that's making me rsvp 7 months in advance. I got the invite a year in advance. I know it means that I'm on the a list and should be flattered but shit I don't know what I'm going to do 7 days from now, let alone 7 months.
If I rsvp and then can't go I'm really going to feel like an asshole because I've had all this time to plan for it.

Well cancer bf and I broke up because he hit me and threw my head into a wall. I hit him in self defense but when the cops came he told them he has cancer so they wanted to charge me with a misdemeanor assault charge. He hit me. I went to the ER and have a concussion. I'm so fucking sad it's not even funny. Another one bites the dust and another PFA. He kept texting me saying he loves me and wants to work it out. I blocked him and he texted me from another number. How do I find these psychos?

I think it's a my friends thing. We are all 30 year old professionals now, so we can afford it. I don't know. It may also be because the OOT parties are for my gay friends. Oklahoma isn't the most gay friendly area. So they go places they know are.

Well, in my group, the MOH typically pays for at least one hotel room, favors, any covers/reservation fees. The MOH doesn't cover everyone's drinks, though.   One of my other close friends is a bridesmaid too, so I am sure she will chip in. I don't know the other girls that well.

Yes. And this isn't an "I told you so" because I don't think I did tell you anything, but this is just an example of why it's maybe not the best idea to introduce kids so soon. Provided this is the same guy you started dating toward the end of last year.

Many times you have had a bad experience and decided to take a break and then didn't give yourself time to regroup and get into a healthy state of mind. You have a beautiful daughter and you need to create a safe environment for the two of you so you have a long happy life together. You need to spend some time away from dating please.
