I've lost 9 lbs since the 4th and finding out I was adopted. So I can fit into this dress again.

ETA:  It's drizzling here.  My hair is a frizzy mess.  It's starting to straighten out and it does not look good straight with this balyage in the back. It's streaky as hell.

blondemoment123 the white top is from Old Navy purchased online a couple of months ago. I don't see it online anymore but maybe a store would have it.
