I lost about 60lbs for my wedding. I was normal size, but so unhealthy yo get there.
I gained about 100 lbs in the years after getting married. Since having kid #1, I've lost and maintained about. 80-100lb weigh loss. So very close to my wedding weight. But I'm way more healthy and toned now that I think it looks like I'm about 10-15 less than that.

I'm 25 lbs lighter 2 years later (I was 55 lbs heavier when we met, I'm the thinnest I've been during our relationship now, but not the thinnest I've been in my life)

I have a bit of a pooch now (thanks kids) but I was able to wear my dress a year ago when I decided I wanted to know the answer to this very question. I have been the same weight +/-2lbs* since I was 21.
* not including pregnancy and roughly the next 6 months.
I am 20lbs heavier but I was 15lbs overweight then. So the math says I am now 35lbs overweight, lol. I said I would try to lose weight before my wedding but never did, ended up being 175lbs, which was probably 5 lbs heavier than when I got engaged! Between my wedding and honeymoon, 6 months apart, I lost 15lbs, which put me at 160lbs, which is a comfortable and healthy weight for me.
