I was 19 when I got married and was at the skinniest I've ever been. I also had awful body image issues and really poor self esteem.
I'm about 30 pounds heavier. While I think I'd ideally like to lose 10 pounds I'm generally a lot happier about my appearance now than I was back then.

I'm 5'4" and weighed around 120 when I got married. My wedding dress was a size 6, street clothes I was anywhere from a 0 to a 6 depending on where I shopped. Now I'm around 140 and a size 8. I'd like to get rid of the extreme muffin top I have after my second. The hips can stay, I like my figure better now other than the muffin top.
I don't know exactly how much I weighed at my wedding (I lost a bunch of weight the week of because I guess of stress and running around and having no time to eat) but I would say I am within 5 lbs.
Probably close to 50 but I am 22 weeks pregnant. I was the healthiest I have ever been in my adult, post-college life in 2012 pre DD. That's my goal post this pregnancy.

I was up to 30 pounds over it last year and I was kind of getting disgusted with myself. It's not like I had a medical condition, I was just getting lazy and making poor food choices. So when I outgrew yet another size of pants, that finally put me on the right path. I'm down 21 pounds, so 9 over wedding weight. I'd like to get down to wedding weight, but if I maintain here, I will be ok with that.
+22 or so. I was 154 at my wedding, but before and after that my happy weight was in the low 160s. Now I'm mid-170s. I honestly can't be bothered by it at this point (my current weight puts me just over the line into "overweight"), but I do plan to get (and use!) a treadmill when we move out of our condo and into our new house.
I'm about 10 lbs heavier but I'm roughly the same size, because I have much more muscle than I did then.
ETA: I've been as much as 50 lbs up from my wedding weight (non-pg). It's been a journey. To say I've maintained my wedding weight for 12 years would be extremely disingenuous.

I gained a lot in the first year of marriage and then with pregnancy. I'd busted my butt and was back around my wedding weight, but a smaller size because of muscle and then well, the last year happened and I'm a floppy, flabby, 30lbs more than my wedding weight and the scale is barely budging. womp womp womp
I only had 1 dress but I have worn that baby 3 times now. My friend has a "wear your old wedding dress" party and it is a blast busting it out. Veil and all.
How many people actually attend and participate?
The first year there was maybe 10 of us and the 2nd year it was probably close to 20. Very few can still fit in their dresses, a lot of people just wear a white tank top and then just kind of hung the dress over them or safety pin it in back.
It is so much fun to see all the different styles of dresses. No one really cares if they have to pin in an entire panel in the back just to hold the dumb thing up.

I'm 5 lbs down but breastfeeding is sucking the life out of me and no alcohol is like an instant diet for my body. However, I've lost a lot of muscle mass which I need to rebuild badly, so I feel awkward in my body still.
