I didn't do much chilling on my no-plans weekend.
Saturday, my BFF called and said she and her family would be in town and they wanted to meet up for a late lunch. Cue burgers and beverages at a local burger joint. Then work BFF sent me a pic from the bar, so H and I decided to go up there for a few drinks... A few drinks turned into multiple drinks and multiple shots. Then we moved the party to another co-worker's house for more drinks.
So much dehydration on Sunday! We had breakfast at a diner, showered then went to a movie, early dinner, then it was laundry and grocery shopping.

It was pretty good, except the longhorns didn't make it through their first round in the tournament. We found out our sprinkler system needed a repair (we hadn't needed to use it since last fall due to all the rain lately), so the H and I spent some time digging in the ground yesterday to fix the problem.
Other than that, just did some house chores, grocery shopping, and watched some of the games on tv. Nothing too eventful for us, but we are going to a concert tomorrow night so we were kind of saving up some energy for that.
I am so exhausted today. We were really busy with house stuff, and still need to finish up tonight. They are coming to take pictures of our house tomorrow morning so we can finally get it listed!
Friday I also went to a going away party for a friend and then Saturday my friends came over for dinner. It was good, but I could use another day off to relax.
My weekend was pretty good! Friday was an early night. I got off work at 2.30, so I met my mom for a margarita, then went to the tap room for what was supposed to be a couple of beers and dinner since M wasn't going to meet me for an hour or two, but I cut it short.
Saturday, we bummed around for a little bit and then went rock climbing (so fun, even though I can't get more than 3 feet off the ground!), then stopped for beers at the tap room that just opened next door to the climbing gym.
Sunday, I taught yoga, then hung out with a friend for a little bit afterwards. We spent the afternoon doing laundry and being lazy.
I somehow got caught up in the middle of some drama at the brewery that I go to often/teach yoga at. It's all between the employees, so I keep telling everyone to leave me out of it, but I eventually had to let my friend (the manager) know that the owner wants to talk to me about some of it. I'm friends with everyone who works there, but especially close to the manager (she's the one I'm going to Denver with in a few weeks), so it was pretty awkward yesterday. I hope I don't have to find a new bar.
Friday I ended up leaving work early because my dad was hospitalized. After visiting with him, I went home and drank wine and relaxed.
Saturday I went to visit with my dad and he got worse so needless to say, I was pretty stressed all weekend. I hope that they can get everything under control so we'll see. We ordered in pizza and watched basketball because I was so tired.
Sunday I got up and ran 3 very cold and windy miles. Then H and I got this crazy idea to go for a 6 mile roller blade! We came home and I meal prepped for the week and watched more basketball. Notre Dame won so it was a great day!
My dad was hospitalized with a blood clot in his left leg on Friday and then on Saturday he was complaining about his right leg and OMG he had a blood clot that is 13 inches long! I think he might be in the hospital until Thursday this week and I'm hoping he'll be out in time for Easter.
Good health vibes going out to your dad. I hope he's okay and will be released quickly!
Congrats on the ND win, we were watching that one, too.

I just posted in the other thread but our camper's battery didn't charge properly so the heater didn't work...and it was 9 degrees outside (-6 with the wind chill). DH insisted that we had to leave some of the windows open too.
Other than that debacle it would a good weekend. We went to the dog sled yard while we were up in Breckenridge. Ollie freaked out when he saw the first dog sled team run by him. It was hilarious!

Oh my gosh!! I'm so sorry! 13 inches long...It's a good thing they caught that second one in the hospital.

Eff that. Why did he have to have a window open?!
(This is coming from someone who wouldn't leave their house bed if it was 9 degrees outside.)

He said it was for our safety so I decided not to argue.
