We leave Saturday for Disney trip. We are staying off-site and have 6 days in the parks with no hopper (MK, day off, Ep, AK, HS, Ep, MK). My kids are 4.5 and 8.5. The older one has been one day two different times during other trips to Orlando, but this is our big Disney adventure. We wanted to wait until they were the right ages.
It's going to be super crowded, but we've got our dining reservations and FP+.
Please share any last minute advice, including things I should pick up before we leave (I already have ponchos, sunscreen, moleskin, glow sticks, a character encyclopedia and Sharpies for autographs, ears for my daughter, some t-shirts for their easter baskets, glide, etc.).
Also be willing to deviate from the plan a bit when they kids are having a ball with something like the jumping fountains in Epcot, running around on the grass somewhere, etc. They find fun everywhere and will be much happier if they sometimes get some say.
