What are your fashion weaknesses?

ditzydi 's post in OOTD reminded me, what will you always gravitate toward? What do you continue to buy despite having a closet full?

Mine is black and white clothing. Stripes especially, but really houndstooth, mod, colorblock, you name it. If it's a bold black and white, I will look at it on the rack despite having multiple versions of this shirt, dress, pant, jacket, etc.

It used to be deep V-necks, but I've evolved from that since I have little mini dictators, errr, children that used to use V-necks as leverage to pull themselves up, thus providing a free show to anyone nearby.

Like ditzi, stripes! They are my krypotonite.

Although I just cleaned out my closet and pulled out 4 almost identical black a-line dresses, so that may be a problem also!

Stripes. I have so many striped shirts and dresses, yet I keep buying more. I can't help myself.

Black and white clothing here too. I love a good black and white dress.
pink is also a weakness. When I look in my closet the pink section is the biggest there is.

Navy blue and white stripes. It was to the point that if I told my sister I got a new shirt she would say, "let me guess, its striped"

Fine. Just go ahead and blame me why don't you. Yes. I have a stripe problem. I also like swing dresses because they are the modern day mumu and I can just throw them on. Oh and leopard. Don't forget leopard. I have a whole shelf in my shoe closet dedicated to nothing but leopard shoes. Flats, pumps, sandals, pumps, slingbacks, did I say pumps already?

I keep wanting some, but haven't pulled the trigger - do you have favorites you would rec for pumps and flats?

Mine aren't really pumps actually.  They have an ankle strap.  I do like these Sam Edelman sling backs.

And it usually has to be black and white stripes. I've tried being bold and doing colorful stripes and I hate them. Hate them. I even tried gray and cream and can't. Just can't. Hand me black and white.

I feel like clothes and shoes IN GENERAL are my weaknesses! I have a thing for Pink - and a major thing for tweed and a thing for DVF wrap dresses. I own so many things in multiples though or "looks exactly like" something else in the closet.

I did just get a gorgeous tweed JCrew dress in the mail a few minutes ago - I'm already in love!

I love vintage stuff, real or things with that style
Always shoes - although I'm trying to be better about only purchasing ones that fit right (so I'll enjoy wearing them) and are better quality

I've been trying to answer this post, but I'm just not sure there is any *one* thing. I want to say neutrals, but even that doesn't seem to fit the teme of the thread. I am careful to avoid buying anything too trendy or stand-outish. Maybe hair styling products? I'm forever trying new ones.
