I don't have that problem, but my mom, who is 76 and being treated for cancer, does. The good news is her hearing is declining so she can't even hear it when she's doing it.

So my advice is to wait until you go deaf. That'll solve the problem in about...20 or so years.

Girl, ever since I got The Diverticulosis, I let out days that last +10 seconds.

That doesn't sound like a lot of time but just go ahead and blow air out of your mouth for ten seconds and then you'll know what my ass feels like.
