help styling my sister

So my sister always asks my advice on fashion, we go shopping together etc. I pick out accessories for her birthday/Christmas and have had good success finding things when she needs business-type clothes.

What I have a hard time is helping her with cute casual outfits. The trick: we're the same size (XS), but VERY different body types. We've known this for a while because we'll go into a dressing room with all the same size stuff, but end up trading stuff because certain things look better on one vs. the other. It just struck me recently because the tunic/loose thing is very in and the last time we tried it just didn't work at all on her. I'm wondering what thoughts you guys might have if anyone has a similar shape...

She is small busted (I think like 30B), very tiny waist, bigger hips and great butt lol - so, a slender pear shape? Her legs are also pretty skinny and she's 5'3".  I finally got her to sign up for pinterest to help her with outfit inspiration and wanted to send some ideas to get her started
