need shoe advice!

I bought this dress a few weeks ago, and can't figure out shoes to go with it. Anyone have ideas in the $50 or so range? And comfortable? I like heels, up to perhaps 3".

Good question. There are several events coming up that it would work for. Let's assume sort of cocktail events. Not super fancy, but dressed up if that makes sense?

The nude color is the key to elongate the legs and let the lace be the star. Thin sandals in a lower heel would work as would a nude D'orsay style. Depending on your coloring, gold also may elongate your legs.

This one isn't bad, but all of them are bit more than I want to spend. The dress was only $60 and I am loathe the spend double that or more on shoes.

I wold LOVE a pretty metallic wedge, but all I'm seeing are either cork or espadrille heels. If I could find leather I would be a happy woman. Love this one, but at $398 its a bit out of my price range.
