Boston metro studio apartment

Hello, everyone. My sister lives in Brighton right now and while she loves her roommate, she'd like to move on. She works downtown and is willing to do a reasonable commute, but she needs some recs for buildings to look at.

I know it's a stretch, but her price point is $1100.

Any ideas?

I think that's going to be super tough to find in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville. She's probably going to need to look further out (Malden, Revere, Quincy). I did see this listing for a studio in JP on Craigslist though, but who knows if its real:
