I really need help. I have had 3 kids in the last 5 years. That (and a sugar addiction lol) make me look 5 months pregnant even though I'm not. I think I have diastasis recti as well. In the colder months this is easier to camouflage with thicker tops and layers, cardigans, jackets, etc. But now that it's getting warmer I am having a terrible time finding tops that don't cling to my stomach or tees that don't show every lump. I'm a SAHM so I dress casually. I also get hot easily. If you have any recommendations (links?) for tops I could check out, it would be greatly appreciated!

I got this dolman sleeve top at TJ Maxx and I really like it. It's LS but it's petty thin, so depending on where you live it could be good for summer (or maybe spring/fall).
I think the pic on the website doesn't look that great, but I have one of me wearing that I will try to find.
The other item I would recommend are these basic t-shirts from J Crew. They are the perfect fit (for me anyway) - they aren't too tight, so they don't show my pooch, but they aren't loose and flowy. You might give them a try as a good summer basic. J Crew Vintage Scoop Neck Tee

This is not a great example either, but usually I kind of gather it around my belly yo hide my pooch and the button part of my jeans (which clearly I didn't do in this pic!).

i carry all my extra weight in my midsection too (not just counting right now at 8 months PG, lol)....i have this shirt in about a dozen colors. i love that it's slouchy without looking slopping, i can accessorize easily and they're nice and cool for the summer. i usually wear a nude tank underneath to smooth everything out a little, and help with any sheerness.
I find that tops that have a band at the bottom are usually good for distracting from you tummy because they're meant to be semi-flowy but not in an overwhelming way. I would also looks for styles that are constructed/tailored that a plain T. I've never found any plain T that works for belly issues. They just aren't designed for that.
Like callmehales I love those tees, the fit really well for a slouchy look, and they're long enough that they sit right on me. I also go for a mid rise jean or short and that makes a world of difference.
I am newly pregnant (my 3rd and 4th!) so I can relate as I'm trying to hide my bump from my office. I prefer tops that have layers that are kind of flowy. I usually pair with a light sweater or blazer for work.
krisim congrats on the twins! I have twins too. Don't ask me for advice because I'm in the throes of the terrible twos right now, so my POV is a bit skewed. Ha!

I am already terrified! While my older ones were challenging as infants, I don't even know how I'm going to handle two at a time!

You'll be fine. They have their wonderful moments that make it worth it. Congrats again!!
