We have a Moby and just wouldn't use it because it was too much hassle, and really hot as well. We got a K'tan on CL for $20 on Monday and, between my husband and I, have used it every day since. I still want to get a sling and an Ergo or Beco though.

Ashley, have you ever gone to the DM babywearing meeting where you can try on different carriers? I want to but haven't been able to make it yet. I just sent you a FB request too, since I saw you while I was looking at that group page; I promise I'm not stalking you!

I've been trying to go to a meeting too, I really want to try a few carriers before I buy. Last month the class was already full when I called to sign up. This month we have plans on the day they're meeting....maybe next month.

Imagine holding a newborn upright, facing your chest, with one arm under her butt and one arm behind her head. Now stick her in the Ergo with the balled up blanket under her butt and the sleeping hood behind her head.
