Help a plus size girl wear jeggings and leggings

I really want to wear longer tops with jeggings and leggings this fall and winter, but I have a really hard time finding plus size tops long enough to cover my ass. I definitely need the shirts to hit at least mid thigh. They also need to either be fitted at the waist or I need to belt them or I will look huge and pregnant.

Has anyone seen tops that would work for me?

Oh, I also don't know what shoes to wear with outfits like this. I have one pair of boots hit below the knee, but they are tight and no way can I fit leggings in them. Should I wear heels? Booties? What other kinds of shoes other than knee high boots can I wear with leggings?

I'm doing a little searching, and it's hard to find tunic length tops apparently! I will keep looking, but I would also suggest pairing a lighter-weight shirt dress over leggings, besides just longer tops.

As for shoes, I love booties with leggings, especially in a matching color because it will elongate your legs and look great.

I LOVE THAT! I would probably just wear it with tights because of the length, but I think it's super cute. I really like the dark spruce color. I may actually order this today. Thanks!
