Clicky Poll: Which colored skinny cords?

I recently bought a pair of olive and a pair of yellow cords. At the time, both seemed like they would be great additions to my wardrobe and inject a little color into my normally neutral fall palette. Not sure now that I have them home. I will have to get them hemmed so I should decide soon whether or not to return or hem.

I've had a pair of yellow cords (from j crew) for like 4 years now, and I STILL get compliments every time I wear them. Seriously the best fall/winter purchase I've made in a looooong time!

The olive are good too, but if you're looking to inject color into your wardrobe, yellow is the way to go, and it looks awesome with all sorts of neutrals plus other brighter colors.

I think the olive are ones that I can definitely see myself wearing. I guess I am just a bit stumped on what to wear along with the yellow ones. Bimbi, maybe you could provide me with some inspiration and ideas?

K...so mine are a little more mustard than I think yours are, but here's some old pics, plus some pinspiration . Not all of the pinterest ones are cords, but you get the idea.

I don't love the olive ones, but that's just because they aren't my style.

I love the yellow ones, though. So, I guess my vote is to keep both.

Pairing neutrals with the mustard and a coordinating color that pops would make those so easy to wear. I have a lot of colored denim and cord pics if you feel like you need more inpiration. Scarves can pull everything together easily too.

I really like the yellow ones. They are fun. I am not sure about the olive. They look really dark, but it is hard to tell from my phone.

If you want color, yellow is the way to go. Maybe it is just the picture but the olive ones look really dark to me. They look almost black.
