Help getting blood stain out of

white down comforter?

I started my period earlier (probably thanks to the ruptured cyst I suspected). When I woke up it was dried, so I've been soaking it since 3am. I'm dabbing peroxide on the spots now but it doesn't seem to be breaking down the spots.

Help!

dawn? citric acid mixed with some water and baking soda as a paste?

Don't usually post over here, happened to see this on latest page, but recently dealt with this issue myself.
I soaked the comforter in cold water with oxiclean for a couple of hours, then washed it in cold with detergent and some oxiclean and that seemed to do the trick for me. Good Luck!

Cold water and more cold water. If you ever end up with a blood stain again and it is still wet just use cold water until the stain is gone. Takes awhile but it does work.

Dawn dish detergent and white vinegar are always my go-tos for stain removal. Good luck!

I've used dawn mixed with HP and baking soda to get out tough stains before.. Just make sure you don't use any hot water! GL!

Peroxide alone did wonders on my carpet.

Have you tried oxyclean? That stuff works miracles.

Salt is actually very good for blood stains.  Wet the fabric, dump salt on and rub fabric together, rinse and repeat.
