First timer to DW. Which parades?

Hi!  I'll be in Orlando for a conference and am bringing my mom and daugther (5 yo) with me.  We will be there Wed evening through Friday.  Can you recommend which parades we should plan to see?  We are doing 2 days at MK and one at Epcot.  Thank you!

Absolutely the Festival of Fantasy parade (3pm at MK daily).

Yep. My 4.5 year old love Festival of Fantasy. Well, we all did, but she had that magical look in her eyes and reached out like she could touch some of the characters and floats because she just couldn't believe they were all right there in front of her.

The only other parade you'd see (as far as I know) is the Main Street Electrical Parade, which we caught the end of one night. It was ok, and the lights were cool, but nothing like the detail and characters in Festival of Fantasy.

There are really only the 2 options listed above and I'd absolutely do both.

I still like the electrical parade, so fun! I haven't watched daytime parades in so long because we're always too busy on rides. We also tend to skip shows though

We loved the Electrical Parade at MK.

If you are going to be at Epcot in the evening stay for the Illumination show over the water. It's really cool too.
