Went to the Doctor for my knee. He was concerned over how "puffy" (technical term-aka-his dumbed down term to explain what he meant to me) it still is and due to the fact I am a repeat dislocator. I couldn't really bend it past 90 degrees, dead lifting was painful, and my right (injured) knee isn't responding to my leg muscles the same way my left knee is. That means I now am getting an MRI of my knee. I am still hoping he is all, "Nope, you will be fine, here is a PT rec." when all is said and done. I think the chances are pretty good that will be the answer. He does think I need to start doing knee strengthening exercises in the future, as I have now injured it twice, I have a higher probability of recurring injury.
So, blah. I just want it to be normal now. Stupid body. Why does it hate me? I am so good to it! I give it wine, and candy, and rarely make it exercise! What more does it want!?!

Thanks guys! I think the MRI is just a precaution. Last time I dislocated my knee was 8 years ago, so I don't really remember what it was like. It may have been swollen for this long and this inflexible.

I hope it recovers quickly and minimal intervention jojoandleo.
Tomorrow I need to call my gyno after some odd happenings. I hope she can see me and I hope it's nothing, but I'm irrationally worried that something is really wrong.
