Do you still go to the library? I go several times a month and almost always have something to read. I like to go on my lunch break to escape the office for an hour. I find it so peaceful. The libraries near me are all so architecturally pretty.
This may make me one of The Olds but I can't get with reading a book on my iPad. I still like to hold a book in my hands.
Today at the library I overheard a man telling another man he was 91. He walked away and by where I was sitting and I gave him a big smile. He stopped and said to me "I like to brag a little". He was adorable and looked phenomenal for 91! I only hope I'm still driving and going to the library and that friendly at 91!
When I was a kid I would go to the library every week and take out the maximum books allowed. I am an old, but have become a germaphobe and use the library's ebooks.
I read a lot, and have given up on going to the library. I have two kindles, one on my Amazon account, and one on my mother's, plus my BFF and I have a shared library on ours. So I have a nearly unlimited supply of books. It's glorious to be able to grab one and tuck it into my purse so I always have something to read.
We have a great library in my town. Love going there. Also appreciate the ability to place holds on books online. What a time saver! (as compared to the 1970s LOL)

I want to go to the library, but the collection is pitiful in terms of books I read or want to read. I have more books in my house than the local library does. And it's more than just living in a rural area. When I was on "hurrication" during Katrina, I was living in a rural area in Arkansas, and the library was fantastic! It was really a part of the community life and really a great place to go. The collection was great and had many books I had read and wanted to read, and the librarians were incredibly helpful, and even managed to get a book my mother had been trying to find for decades.
But the library here is not nearly as inviting or interesting. And I feel bad about that, because I want to be able to use the library.

I used to love the library in the States as they tend to be large and lovely. The ones in London are small (for the most part) so not really great for sitting and reading. I use a Kindle now though I do look up books in the library if they are expensive and try to get them if I can from the local library.
I pretty much get all my books from the library. I figure out what I want, "order" it online, and then they email me when it is ready for pick up. I don't really spend anytime there, though. I just pick up my book and go.

I was always faithful to paper books but have converted to kindle. I travel a lot and love to read. When I go away for a week or more I can easily polish off 3-5 books. (Beach vacations are great for reading). But I also almost never buy a book. I pretty much use my library's online download for books. My library has a reciprocal arrangement with several libraries so I have lots of choices to download for free.
