I am quite pleased with myself. Had our first co-ed softball game of the season tonight. First time up to bat - I hit it over the guy's head in the outfield and got a double. I heard him talking to his captain, "There was nothing I could do, I mean, she hit it further than the guy before her." And after that, the guys in the outfield all stayed back as far as they do for the guys.

Thanks all. My team is awesome. We have a lot of fun, are very supportive (we have some women playing who have never seen a softball before but they are slightly athletic) and it's competitive but not to the point that it gets hard to play. I grew up with a baseball coaching dad so it's nice to be able to do this again (never thought I'd be able to play softball in London as it's not a game typically played by the English).
