ISO 3/4 sleeve, very flattering dress for work.

Every couple of months I have to dress up and do presentations for different clients. I have my "winter' dress. It travels well (no wrinkles) and I feel really good about myself when wearing it. I need a spring/summer version. Cannot be sleeveless and I think I look better in 3/4 sleeves vs short sleeves.

Not sure if you care about print vs no print but I have purchased several INC brand and Anne Klein faux wrap dresses with 3/4 length sleeves and they are great for warmer weather, similar to this one:
