Did you use a redcard debit card? If so, if you don't use it often, I would double check to make sure it's attached to the account you're checking.
At least its not the opposite problem?
LoL at do I use my redcard debit often. Yes, quite. In-store purchases usually go through 2-3 days later and online purchases charge the day it ships (so a couple days after I order).
This online order is screwy. It was delivered, but still shows as "in transit" online, even though if you click the tracking it's clearly been delivered. I called and they said they had "escalated it to a higher level" but that was all she could tell me and there was no one else to transfer me to. She assured me, I'd get an email when my card was charged, but we're going on three weeks now.
Hey, I didn't want to assume
The same thing happened to me at Christmas - though it was only like a $15 thing. It was delivered (but the UPS tracking didn't say Target at all, it had some department store name I hadn't heard of - and I had ordered 2 and it was Christmas so I lost count of packages) but anyway, the shipment showed as pending and I thought they never charged me. Turns out they did, I just missed it, and it ended up updating like 6 weeks later.
Why do people get the debit? I prefer the credit by far.
I have the debit card because it keeps me accountable. Are there perks for the credit card that the debit card doesn't have?
Yeah I get that. I just don't like the idea of debit on a store card that I do a decent amount of online shopping and returns. I think perk is the same, 5% off.
We bought drapes from Target.com a few years ago and when they shipped them to Park Ave rather than _____ Park Ave. so they were delivered to an address 6 blocks away and we never got them. It took about 6 weeks and many long phone calls to get a refund. They kept insisting that I put in my address wrong and I kept telling them I type in my address all the time and have never missed a word. I won't use Target.com after that.

Their online stock numbers are also redic.
There was an auto rock n play on super clearance at specific targets. Found it on fyndly, confirmed on target.com they had 3 in store, get to store and nada. STILL says they have 3 and no go anywhere in the store. Their answer to that one was "they must just be selling before you get there". Uh huh.
