My longest pool swim was nowhere near that. But I put my sports drink at the end of the pool and took a drink every 500m to help me keep track and to give myself something to break up the boredom.

I'm still experimenting. UCan for sure. I've got some squeeze food (banana mango coconut and beet ginger banana from clif and some sort of oat banana flavor). I'm not sure what's going to sound good, or work. So I'm thinking I'll do a banana before, then half of the ucan at 2000, then a squeeze food at 4000, then half the ucan at 6000.
