Anyone ever heard of Hi-Tek dog food?

I'm looking to try a switch in dog food for pasco due to his recent itchiness. He's currently on Nature's Domain and I love the price so I'm trying to find something economical but still good and grainfree.

He used to be on Taste of the Wild and I'm thinking of going back to that. Is TOTW safe now? I know there had been recalls.

Then I found Hi-Tek dog food, which is grain free and a few dollars cheaper than TOTW. Can't find it on dog food analysis though.

Hi-Tek grain free does get 5 stars on dog food advisor if that helps. Should I try it?
