My physical therapist has me doing all kinds of glute-strengthening exercises. She keeps telling me my buns of steel are right around the corner. *smacks own ass* Nope, not quite yet.

hahah, I actually have the Buns of Steel workouts in my collection. It's been forever since I have done one, but I have 2 different *ahem* tapes. And yes I have a working VCR in my workout room for videos from 20+ years ago that I will do when I am completely bored with my DVD's.
