Help dress me

Today is our anniversary--10 years!-- and G has arranged a surprise dinner (but I'm 99% sure I know where we're going. The dress code is "Business casual. Jacket recommended.") G's wearing a suit without a tie. Unfortunately it's 55 degrees and raining, so I'm having a hard time figuring out what to wear.

1) Wrap dress. I'm short, so it's a little longer and lower cut on me.


2) Red dress, ends just below the knee. Doesn't look good with anything over it, so I'd have bare arms.


3) Floral dress, also ends mid-calf. It has an open, lace-up back, so it's probably the coldest. (I promise not to wear the nametag sticker with it   )



4) Black cowl-neck dress, jersey material, ankle-length. Looks ok with a wrap.

Oh! Forgot I also have this white bandage dress, which looks okay with tights.

Considering the weather, I'd go with number #1! I hate being cold!
