Did you just generally clean up your diet?
I am doing WW online, but I also researched foods to help lower cholesterol and foods to avoid. HUGE SURPRISE, the higher point foods are generally worse for your cholesterol.
ETA: So I did eat more foods that I knew were 'healthy fats' and good for cholesterol- salmon, nuts, olive oil, veg, spinach, etc.
I also became strict about working out and as I lost weight and could exercise more I started doing body pump 1x/week and barre 1x/week. I jog once/week and do either a light job or elliptical another day. I still drank a lot throughout:/
