Zoya Shipping

Does anyone know how long on average it takes for an order from Zoya to ship? I ordered 6 polishes on Wednesday from the BOGO promotion, and my order still shows as unshipped on there. I know its a holiday week and it may take a little longer, but I hate seeing orders in limbo.

That's weird because mine usually ship in a couple of days and I get a tracking number.

Sometimes I think they get overwhelmed with their promos. I'd give it another week before calling.

Give it some extra time with the holiday. Also, they really try not to put too much on backorder unless they absolutely have to. If you ordered any really popular or new colors, they may be holding off to see if any unshipped orders get cancelled to fill your's before having to put it on backorder. If they can't fill it all though they will ship what you have once they know they need to backorder something. I ordered Pippa right after the wedding and it added a few extra days since that color became very popular so quickly. They shiped everything, but Pippa and that can about 10 days after the rest. It delayed the entire order though.

This. Anytime I've ordered during a promo, it's taken a week or two for them to process my order and ship.
