DW worked from home after 39 weeks, but worked right up until she gave birth (she went into labor on Friday night). I think this is one of those things that people who haven't been pregnant don't really understand. I'd much rather take leave after the baby is born than before.
38 + 2. That's when they scheduled my CS for 6 days later. I went straight to work and said I wouldn't be back for 13 weeks. They'd already been scheduling me with question marks for a week which meant I could come in any time I wanted. I mostly stopped then because my pregnancy related carpal tunnel was out of control and working on a computer was agony.

With C - 39 weeks, born 39+1 (planned induction) With #2 I will work until 39+3; C-section planned for 39+6 (WTF?!?) It is the tuesday AFTER labor day (ironically)
I stopped working the Friday before my due date, which I think was 39+3. DD wasn't born until 40+4, so I sort of wished I'd worked a few more days, but it was easier to plan with a set end date.

With #1, I worked until I went into labor. He was born at 36w 5d.
With this one, I am leaving my job to SAH. I've given them a date that will be about 38 weeks but am strongly considering being done in 3 weeks at 37 weeks.
I WFH full time and planned to work until the end, but actually asked my dr. to give me a note to work 1/2 days about 2 weeks before the babies were born. She told me to just stop working completely because of my high BP.
I worked until 2 days before my due date last time around. I got sent to the hospital for monitoring and, eventually, an induction the afternoon of my last day! I had a pretty easy pregnancy and it was no big deal to work. I'm not sure what I would have been doing otherwise.
This time, I will be quitting work at 31 weeks, but that's because I'm moving away. It was easier the last time
With G, I worked until the end. I was at work on Friday and went into labor on a Sunday.
With this one, I plan to work to the end again. Maybe take the Monday before my RCS off if I'm not already in labor (tentatively scheduled for my actual due date).
My work encouraged me to WFH toward the end, but I never did with G. I likely will this time.

I delivered at 42 weeks and worked until 41w5d. Edit no WFH at all, but I had a pretty short commute. I might have also worn yoga pants and kind of dared them to send me home.

Worked until 36 when DS1 was born due to HELLP complications. This time my dr wrote me out of work at 30 weeks (currently 34wks 5 days) as a precaution. Blood pressure has been so much better since I stopped working this time.
I'm not sure. I'd like to work until I deliver. I'm due 6/15, which is a Wednesday. If I'm overly uncomfortable, I may consider making that Friday, the 17th, my last day, if I haven't delivered by then.
This time my boss and I are talking about easing into ML so the last month I'd work 4 days then 3 then 2 then 1... And maybe ramp back up the same way from weeks 8-12. Still very much undecided if I'd prefer that to 12 weeks off.
41 weeks. I was on my feet all day, but that wasn't nearly as bad as all the, "you're still here?"s. I hated that so much. I'm standing in front of you, aren't I?

I worked until I delivered at 39w5d.
My boss was terrified I would go into labor at work, she kept telling me I could go home. But I wouldn't have gotten paid & I didn't want to use up ML before he was born.
I had planned to stop working about 10 days before my due date but I went in for an NST the morning of my last day and failed it, so technically I worked up until I had the baby. I was WFH at that point since I had been walking around at 2 cm dilated and no one at work wanted me there.
I mostly WFH right now so I'll just go with the flow. My manager asks occasionally when I'll be exiting and I just shrug at him. I told him sometime after Labor Day.
