When the bad outweighs the goid, you need to cut them from your life. You don't owe anyone an explanation for your actions. Who's cares if you gained weight? It doesn't make you less worthy.

((abcdefu)) I'm so sorry that you're going through this. Throughout everything you've dealt with, you always remained strong and I admire that. It's ok to be upset and you have every right to be pissed at your sister. You're going to therapy and on meds so you're doing the right thing.
Maybe try to spend some time with friends to lift your spirits a bit? The weather should be improving so maybe spend a little time outside? As for the weight, don't be hard in yourself. Just make adjustments like you did before. You can do this!

Why are your family members such dicks about this stuff toward you? You have a legitimate medical condition that causes you pain! Why are they being so damn dense? Send the link to A. Hell, send her 10 links. Write her in the email that you have a medical condition and your pain has absolutely nothing to do with wanting attention and if she doesn't believe you, your medical team that diagnoses and treats you does!
I'm mad on your behalf. I'm sorry they are not being supportive.
I agree - try to spend your time with people who uplift you and make you laugh until you cry.
As far as your sister, I don't know if a link will help. Please try not to let her get to you. I'd also tell sister B to not share what sister A says. You don't need that.
It's disturbing that they've made you feel like your condition is not a big deal or shameful. This is not something that a person brings upon themselves. It's something you have dealt with your entire life and I'm really sorry that you don't have the support that you need. Family is hard.
